The Ritz-Carlton Cafe, the more casual of the two, offers local and regional favorites in a contemporary American and Continental cuisine.

Breakfast: Monday - Saturday, 6:30am - 11am.
Lunch: 11am - 5:30pm
Dinner: 5:30pm - 10pm

Casual fine dining. Great food! Located in the heart of the Fernandina Beach historic district. A cozy local setting in a restored 1900's home, with a welcoming fireplace, upstairs private dining room, and outside dining on the delightful patio as well.

Serves a selection of fresh local seafood, steaks, chops, and game. Very creative and delectable touches include "Sweet Potato Hay" - finely shredded crisp sweet potato, tenderloin of pork served with a smoked peach barbeue sauce, southwestern rubs, three-bean ragout with roasted tomatoes, and more.
